I’ve had a look at the Chester and Cheshire West’s online planning portal, and the planning application number is 23/02584/LBC, for the “subdivision of existing dwelling to form one additional dwelling with associated internal and external works.”  There is a general description on the Details tab, 20 documents on the Documents tab, and no feedback yet on the Comments tab.
